Donate a Car Canada accepts Vehicle Donations for Shades of Hope Wildlife Refuge. Free towing is provided in most areas across Canada, or you can drop off your vehicle to maximize your donation.
When you donate your car, truck, RV, boat, or motorcycle to Shades of Hope Wildlife Refuge through Donate A Car Canada, it will either be recycled or sold at auction; and the proceeds will go to Shades of Hope Wildlife Refuge.
After your vehicle donation is complete, our charity will send you a tax receipt and will put your gift to good use.

There are extensive lists online that provide the names of these companies. The best way to pursue this option is to check with your company’s Human Resources Department.
Donating securities directly to Shades of Hope rather than cashing them and donating the proceeds, ensures that the full market value of the asset can be used to support the needs of wildlife in care.
By donating the securities directly, you will be exempt from the capital gains tax that would normally be assessed and your charitable tax credit will be equal to the full market value of that security.
